Payment, Delivery and Cancellations
How do I make a payment?
At checkout you will be asked to pay via PayPal. You can pay with your credit or debit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
Does the price include VAT?
No this will be added when you complete your purchase at the checkout. Our VAT registration number is 411 2880 83
How much will my delivery cost?
Our delivery charges are determined by product weight and are added when you checkout
Where do you deliver?
As standard we only deliver within the UK (mainland only). Contact us if you would like to place an order and need delivery somewhere else, we may be able to help.
How long will my delivery be?
Normal delivery will be within 7-10 days of receipt of payment using our tracked delivery service
If for some reason your delivery cannot be fulfilled within the normal delivery time we will contact you to advise you

Can I cancel my order?
We hope not but should there be a need to return a purchased product you can do this within 14 days of delivery. You must advise us using our contact form, providing as much detail as possible. We will then send you an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) number and details of how and where to send the goods.
You must return the goods at your cost within 14 days of notifying us. Goods will only be accepted for return provided:
- They are returned unused in the original condition and packaging
- The invoice or delivery note is included
- The RMA number is clearly stated on the package
- The product is not one that has been specifically order to your specifications. (Please see below)
We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting or similar when you send the goods back to us.
- Custom products are not eligible for return
- Certification and shipping costs are not refundable
- A 20% charge will be made against the return of any assembled product such as hoists and clamps.
- All associated parts for example remote cable, power cable, or remote controls must be included. Incomplete returns will not be accepted or refunded.
We will issue any refund following completion of our inspection of the goods.
